When planning an event there are lots of questions and even more answers. But dont worry, we have a list of the most frequently asked questions.
If your question is not on the list then just use the small form to submit one and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Remember, there is no such thing as a stupid question.
Where are you based and how far can you travel?
We are based in Aberdeen, Scotland and will travel most places. If its outwidth the bypass around Aberdeen there may be a milage fee on top. The starting point for 10 miles is £50+vat. (time plus fuel)
Do you supply all the glassware for events?
All events come with the appropriate glassware for the event. Be it plastic cups for a outdoor public event or real martini glasses for a hen party.
What about the crockery and cutlery?
We can supply everything you needed for your event. Should we need to hire in from a 3rd party, we will pass the cost on to you.
Do you supply deitry / allergen specific dishes?
In accorance with Natasha's Law, all dishes can be customised to any dietary requirements. All allergens will be noted on menus when provided informaion from clients. Prior notification is required in order to support this.
What about vegetarian?
Whatever your prefrence we can do it. Pescitarian to Flexitarian and everything inbetween. Its your menu and your choices.
What is your experience?
We have a fully trained and competent team all lead by Chris Reynolds. Chris has served in the Royal Navy for over 15 years and has delt with a whole range of activites and events.
From running the bakery on HMS Ark Royal, cooking for Admirals around the country and cooking for members of the royal family are just a few of the events Chris has run over his time within the Royal Navy. Since then he has delt with significant private and public events.
What about behind the bar?
All our staff are trained and licensed to serve alcohol as well as experienced in busy bars in the city. Chris especailly has a certificate in Professional Bartending, focusing on Cocktails, as well as the Scottish Certificate in Personal Licence Holders.
As with most places in Scotland, we will always ask for ID if you are lucky enough to look under 25. http://challenge25.org/
Upon confirming a booking a 20% deposit is payable to ensure the date is reserved.
Final balance is to be paid 7 days before the event.
Larger events & Weddings will be required to be paid 6 weeks before.
We reserve the right to cancel bookings that are not paid ontime.
